Candle Stands by SWARI

The Candle Stands by SWARI are a pair of gorgeous, hourglass shaped, super glossy, Red candle stands made of wood.
 
The wood is coated with lac (short for lacquer) that is mixed with natural vegetable colours, and it is this coating that gives these candle stands the glossy red finish!
These candle stands are made in Channapatna, out of Doodhi wood (also known as rubber wood), by wooden artisans who're skilled at (and know very little else, except)  making beautiful things out of wood and lac.
