Reindeer Sharpener by SWARI

The Reindeer Sharpener by SWARI is a glossy natural wood-coloured sharpener that is made to look like a reindeer, with the head and the ears shaped like a reindeer. 
These Reindeer sharpeners are made of wood, coated with lac (short for lacquer), and it is this coating that gives these sharpeners the glossy finish!
 
These sharpeners are made in Channapatna, out of Doodhi wood (also known as rubber wood), by wooden artisans who're skilled at (and know very little else, except)  making beautiful things out of wood and lac.
