SPONSORING FIRST-GENERATION COLLEGE STUDENTS
Creating pathways
to education
Every year, we sponsor one first-generation college student from the community, offering financial support and mentorship to help them achieve their academic dreams. This initiative opens doors to education, empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

EMPOWERING WOMEN
Project Kali
A women’s empowerment initiative that challenges societal stereotypes through events honoring women leaders, students, and community members. Inspired by figures like Fatima Sheikh, Amma Gnanamma and Savitri Bai Phule. KALI organizes all-women-led community meals and workshops.

SUPPORTING THE NEEDY
Iftar
During Ramadan, we distributed free Iftar packages to those in need in Ramanagara. Each package included dates, mixed fruits, bakery items, and flavored milk.

SUPPORTING ARTISANS
Triangle of Happiness
A unique campaign where products made by S.W.A.R.I artisans are sold, with proceeds benefiting both the artisans and individuals with disabilities, creating a mutually supportive ecosystem.

LANGAR KITCHEN
During COVID-19
During the first wave of COVID-19, our Langar Kitchen provided daily hygienic meals to those unable to cook for themselves, including frontline workers.

WORKSHOPS FOR STUDENTS
Project Saathi
Workshops for high school students, especially girls, focusing on health, safety, and emotional well-being. These sessions provide a safe space for students to discuss their concerns with qualified professionals.

GEAR UP
This program upskills artisans, particularly women and youth, in spoken English, computer skills, and internet navigation. It also provides tools like carpentry kits, sewing machines, and mechanic toolboxes for employment generation.
